Windows and doors are one of the most important aspects in any build or renovation and we have state of the art showrooms for you to touch and see your product options so you can make an informed decision. By discussing details with our sales team you will know you are getting the right products for your project.
Once you have selected your products and finalised your quote it will proceed to production where your materials will be ordered and manufacturing will begin. Our production team will be in touch with you throughout this time giving you a delivery ETA and confirmation as your order moves through the production floor.
Once your products are manufactured and ready to be delivered to site we will confirm your delivery date a week before delivery and will take final payment before bringing your brand new windows and doors to site. They will then be ready for your builder or carpenter to install into your project.
Once your products are installed we can provide an operational service where we have our service person come to site and adjust any windows and doors that may need adjustment after installation. This ensures your windows and doors are running smoothly for you to enjoy.
